Accreditations   Visiting Nurse Association is accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP), a national, independent and nonprofit accrediting body for community-based healthcare entitles. VNA also is certified with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) to care for those who are eligible for Medicare and Medicaid and is licensed by the State of Colorado to provide home health care. VNA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit homecare, Hospice At Home and wellness agency that provides care to the uninsured and to the underinsured to the extent of its resources. Donations to the Heart of Caring fund, the source of this care, are gratefully accepted to help those in need.
