Colorado Visiting Nurse Association is beginning an exciting new phase of our 130-year history.
Effective Nov. 1, 2019, Colorado VNA will affiliate with Care Synergy, a fellow Colorado nonprofit organization.
This is an exciting development for Colorado VNA, one that benefits our employees and strengthens the foundation of our organization. Affiliating with Care Synergy allows Colorado VNA to build on our 130-year legacy in Colorado, so that we can continue our caring mission for generations to come.
The Colorado VNA name and presence in the community will not change with the affiliation, nor will the compassionate and innovating spirit that has powered our organization since its founding.
Colorado VNA will continue to provide the same compassionate, high-quality care that our patients and partners rely on.
All clinical and field operations provided by Colorado VNA will continue without interruption. Colorado VNA’s patients and their families will not experience any changes in the care they receive.
Our partners will also not experience any disruption in their business dealings with Colorado VNA.
Care Synergy is a nonprofit network of community-based hospice and palliative care organizations serving Colorado’s Front Range. Adding Colorado VNA as an affiliate is an exciting evolution for Care Synergy, as well, enabling a fuller continuum of care. To reflect this, Care Synergy is updating its mission statement to include Colorado VNA’s scope of services of home health care and community-based wellness programs.
