Halcyon Hospice is now part of Colorado Visiting Nurse Association

In August 2020, Halcyon Hospice ceased independent operations and joined the Colorado Visiting Nurse Association where we will continue to focus on providing high-quality and compassionate hospice care, palliative care, and grief support for our community.

Workplace Wellness

Colorado Visiting Nurse Association can assist with wellness checks, immunization clinics, and blood screenings. Research demonstrates that workplace wellness programs can reduce health care costs and health insurance premiums for employers.

Flu Vaccination & Flu Clinic request

Prevention is important when it comes to any illness, and flu is no exception. As an employer, you play an important role in protecting your employees, their families, and the health of the community.

Foot Care

Foot care with Colorado Visiting Nurse Association allows patients to receive preventative care and discuss their health with a medical professional.

CAPABLE, which stands for Community Aging in Place – Advancing Better Living for Elders. We’re the first community-based home health organization to implement CAPABLE. Our program is demonstrating the benefits of keeping adults independent, longer.

Home Health Care

If you or a loved one is recovering from illness, surgery or injury, or need care for a chronic illness or disability, Colorado Visiting Nurse Association offers high-quality personalized, comprehensive care right at your home.
