VNA Employee Benefits
Visiting Nurse Association provides a wide range of benefit choices. Benefits begin the first of the month following 30 days of employment. We introduce employees to their benefit plan during New Employee Orientation and provide a 30-day window for enrollment. Thereafter, on an annual basis, VNA sponsors an “open enrollment” period, during which employees can make changes to existing coverage. Benefit eligibility is based upon the position held and may be attached to both full- and part-time qualifying positions.
